Once your order is placed, it can only be canceled if the item has not already shipped.

We ship in Worldwide. Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 days. In rare cases or for larger items it could take up to 3 days to be shipped.

Our average shipping time is 2-5 business days domestically ( USA ) depending on your location.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days.
European countries: 7-25 business days.
Asian countries: 7-25 business days.
Rest of the world: 7-30 business days.

How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit this link below to track your order.
Are all my items shipped together?
It depends on the products you ordered. Yes as long as they are placed at the same time on the same order all products will be packaged together.
Large orders may be shipped separately, but tracking numbers for each package will be sent to you.
If my order lost?
Please contact your Carrier with your tracking number, once Orders depart fulfillment center we don’t have control over the items or their transit times.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You are fully covered and protected by our 3-day return policy. All items must be returned in the exact condition they left our facility. We do not accept opened items, if you get a new or factory sealed, graded item and it is opened or damaged we will not be able to refund you.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
